Kroger Division Organizational Structure

The CEO of Kroger is W. Rodney McMullan.  Other high-ranking officers are Stuart Aitken (Senior VP and Chief Merchant and Marketing Officer), Timothy Massa (Senior VP and Chief People Officer), Yael Cosset (Senior VP and Chief Information Officer), and Todd Foley (Interim Chief Financial Officer). 

Kroger has several divisions, each with their own leadership team.  Each division is in competition with each other in addition to other grocery chains.  The Kroger divisions are Atlanta, Central, Cincinnati/Dayton, Louisville, Michigan, Mid-Atlantic, Nashville, Salt Lake City, Houston, and Dallas.  Other stores under the Kroger umbrella (Dillon Stores, Food 4 Less, Fred Meyer, Fry’s, Jay C, King Soopers, Quality Food Centers, Ralph’s, Roundy’s) have division staff as well.  The Kroger stores in Memphis are in the Delta Division and their division president is Mr. Cristal.  See Kroger talks safety, inflation and community investment as the Delta Division marks 50 years of service – TSDMemphis.com
